Olympic medallist. Coach. Your companion for IHHT.
Michael Kolganov.
A life in elite sport. Today I pass on what I've learned about load, recovery and oxygen.

- Bronzeat the OlympicsK1 500 m, Sydney 2000

From kayak to lounger.
Over 200 metres I was the fastest kayaker in the world two years in a row. Races like that last barely more than 35 seconds, yet years of training and recovery lie behind them.
Elite sport taught me this: you don't get stronger during training, but in the recovery afterwards. That's exactly what IHHT is about. Short, well-dosed stimuli, followed by targeted recovery. Except you don't have to travel to the mountains for it.
I'm there for you personally at every session, adapt the training to how you feel that day and explain what the values mean.
My career in medals.
At world level from 1998 to 2008. Choose a medal to see where and in which event I won it. On top of that come 25 World Cup medals.

Let's train together.
The first session begins with a personal conversation and the hypoxia test. Afterwards you'll know how your body responds to altitude.
